loved the food, i mean really loved it!
excellent breakfast excellent meals cute team efficient service
i loved the breakfast, it was excellent. our evening meals were excellent too, i was impressed. the staff are fantastic, so cute and efficient. they really know their jobs, it shows.
The room was small. the bed has a metal frame and creaks loudly when someone turns over. It disrupted my sleep a bit.

The room had adequate radiator. This kept the temperature nice, i'm not complaining! a decent shower with a large cubicle added to the experience. Everything worked perfectly, i did not find issues.

Location was great, i liked it. the ambience of the place is so lovely and the generic location also is something to appreciate. It felt relaxing. the other guests were friendly..

The breakfast was amazing, i tried almost everything. dinner was excellent too. There was a lot of choice even for veggies. the food tasted delicious. good coffee was available.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. They provided assistance whenever i asked them something. the young team knows their jobs well and they are efficient and personable. great, friendly service is assured!

friendly staff late check broken toilet seat missing item
the staff were friendly and helpful they allowed a late check out at 1pm it was beyond expectations the manager was also lovely.
the website mentioned a tv biscuits chocolate and blackout blinds none were available i was told the room had a broken toilet seat.

The staff were helpful. Breakfast had good choices. The building has ample parking space. I liked the tasty, local ales and food. The beds were warm.

mixed feelings about my stay
missing hairdryer disappointing amenities
the breakfast was plentiful with many options.
our room was quite disappointing. there was no hair dryer, so i couldn't shower in the morning. at £165 a night, i really expected more amenities.
